Does anyone else get travel brain? I’m the planner of my group normally and sometimes I feel like I can’t actually remember what I booked and what I didn’t. I don’t know if I planned the scuba diving lesson or the food tour for Thursday.
I used to live like that and just try and search through my emails to find what I had planned that day. I had to stop because I was driving myself crazy! So I developed a travel planner that makes my life 100 times easier. It helps me streamline the planning process so I can actually enjoy my vacation rather than worrying about missing things I booked.

I use a bunch of features in it, including daily itinerary templates, packing checklists, and a budget planner. The vision board is even really helpful when I’m trying to figure out what vibes I’m going for with each trip.
Digital Format
One of the standout features is its ease of use. It’s a Canva template, so all that’s required is to type in the information pertinent to you and then download it to do what you would like. Since it’s a digital file, you can download it to any device to keep it with you on the go. You can also go old-school and print it out to have a hard copy. You see, my mom loves that feature. I usually print one out for her and download one to each of our phones. That way everyone in the party is aware of what’s going on.
Daily Journal
Another thing I’ve been doing since I was little is writing down everything I do each day. I love to go back and look at where I ate or what company I used for a certain activity. That way, I can either recommend it to friends or go to that same place whenever I go back. I was just using this ratty notebook, but with this planner, I developed daily journal pages. Now it’s all in a nice place and everything stays aesthetically pleasing. A must these days.
With how often we are on-the-go lately, I know how much difference that little bit of time can make when it comes to planning vacations. Plus, the stress-free aspect is a major plus. I hope you find some use out of it like I have! The travel planner also pairs nicely with the pet guide that I developed if you’ll be leaving a furry friend (or scaly) behind. You can read my post about leaving pets at home while you travel here. Enjoy!
